Oi_e is the app for customers who have Oi Fibra internet. With Oi_e, you can request support, view and download bills, change payment methods, track requests, change your Wi-Fi password, and much more.

In this new version, we have added notifications to simplify your life. We will notify you when you need to update the app and whenever the app is undergoing maintenance.

Some customers continue to access products in the Minha Oi app. Soon, the functionalities of both apps will be combined to provide a complete experience for you.

Identify your profile to know which app to use, Oi_e or Minha Oi.

1. I HAVE SUBSCRIBED TO OI FIBRA INTERNET, MY PRODUCT HAS BEEN INSTALLED, BUT I'M HAVING ACCESS ISSUES
   Please email us at [email protected] with your full name, phone number registered in Oi_e with area code, and a description of the problem. We will provide guidance to resolve the issue.
2. I HAVE SUBSCRIBED TO INTERNET SERVICE, BUT IT HAS NOT BEEN INSTALLED YET
   Please wait for the installation to be completed and then access the Oi_e app again.
3. MY INTERNET IS INACTIVE OR HAS BEEN CANCELLED
   Please send your request via email to [email protected].
4. I HAVE ONE OR MORE OF THESE PRODUCTS: CELLULAR PLAN, TV, OR COMBO
   Manage your products in the Minha Oi app.
5. I HAVE OI INTERNET AND ONE OR MORE OF THESE PRODUCTS: CELLULAR PLAN, TV, OR COMBO
   You can manage your internet in Oi_e, while the other products are managed in the Minha Oi app.

Need to change personal information? Use the Oi_e app to manage your profile and update your email, password, or contact phone number.

To access your profile:

1. Simply click on My Profile.
